Lack of Technical Knowledge

Students have to learn everything but they know all, no they do not learn all the things. In this generation, students have to learn technology. Technology matters a lot in education nowadays after the covid. I going to talk about how students in Karnataka lack technology. I am also not learned the all technology but I know the basic things about technology. I learned technology by watching videos and reading articles. For me, YouTube is a teacher where I learned all the basic technology. I observe that so many students are not aware of the technology that they even don’t know how to turn on their mobile. In Karnataka who came from the rural side they not much aware of the technology. Urban areas also know only basic things but they are also not aware of high technology. In this essay, I am going to give a picture of why student lack technology.

In education, we can see so many combinations, disciplines, Courses,  science, arts, and commerce. In School we will learn all subjects after we will take the different combinations at the PU level, in degree, we will take courses. The stereotype in India is that art students are not aware of the technology. I will tell in science and commerce only a few students are aware of technology. Girls nowadays achieve a lot but they don’t aware of the technology, they get good marks and medals in examinations but they don’t now how to turn on the computer and other electric components. Boys do not take good marks in the examination but they are aware of the technology and also 50% of boys are not aware of the technology that how to operate it.

I saw so many people that they don’t no how turn off the talk back in mobile. I saw a so many people not aware of the scam in social media. I saw many of the people don’t  no how to create a mail in Gmail, yahoo and others platforms. I also noticed that some people even don’t no how to turn on the computer. I also observed that In school and colleges students don’t no that how turn on a projector. Majority students aware of presenting a ppt in a projector. I saw them in struggle  lot to connect the projector. Today in my University I saw that no one student aware of the projector error except me. They changed the source of the input and saying that projector have issues. They don’t no that projector input have three ways that 2 VGA and 1 HDMI. They change input to VGA 1 and connected the laptop. Actually laptop connected to VGA 2 and they not change the setting in projector to VGA 2. In screen that showing VGA 1 has no input. So many tried to plug again the cable and turn on and off the projector. They not changing the input in setting but they blaming the projector have issues.
